All card details and personal information that has been given to WOW Training will be all confidential, covered under the Data Protection Act 2018. Customers records will only be shared with a third party, only with the consent of the participant themselves.
Your Contact Details
We will use the contact details and participant details you provide during the registration process to provide you with further details regarding this training course, only with your consent. We may also include you on our mailing list, which we use to contact you from time to time with information on our other activities and events.You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any other time. We will never provide your details to a third party without your prior consent.
Warranty and Liability
The participant accepts that is is their responsibility to verify that the training course is suitable for the requirements of the participant attending and that the participant has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the training courses.
WOW Training shall have no liability for any use of, or any inability to use, any material supplied or knowledge gained from participation in the training course.
WOW Training liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the training course out of which the loss or damage has been arisen. WOW Training will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data) howsoever arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between the client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or an agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Cancellation Policy for Training Courses
Up to one month – Full refund or a place on next available course (If any room, otherwise participant will be carried onto next available course).
Two weeks before – 50% of payment back.
One week up to date – No refund shall be offered.
If a participant does cancel, they should notify WOW Training via email, over the telephone or in person.
Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings
Free cancellation up to 48 hours of booking. Within the 48 hours the full room hire will be charged.
If the trainer cancels the Training Course for any reason, 100% refund or a place on the next available course will be given.
The company has the right to change these conditions from time to time. If there are any changes, we will announce that either on our website or personally via email or telephone. Enough notice will be given to the participants.
If WOW Training changes the venue of the course, we will try and give as much advanced notice as possible. We will be liable for any other costs such as travel costs.
The course fee includes attendance of the training course and all course handouts.
The course fee does not include accommodation, meals, transport or any other expenses that may be incurred by participants. The course fee does not include any other facilities or equipment that is identified as being provided by participants.
The course fee is due for payment strictly prior to the Training Course start date.
Wow Training is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line, telephone or other services (“Services”). In this policy, we explain how and why we collect your information, what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.

What data do we collect and how do we use it?
Wow Training collects and processes information about you in order to:
(i) process orders or applications submitted by you;
(ii) improve our Services and Website
(iii) for services that require a login, to identify you after login in order to provide the service;

(v) send you information we think you may find useful, including information about new Wow Training products and services.

Wow Training places an immense importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. In accordance with the Data Protection Act (GDPR Update 2018), the following describes what we store, how it is stored and how it is used.
What is stored?
As a training provider, we are required to keep records of candidates who have attended a course for up to 5 years. This information can include a name, address, national insurance / passport number, telephone number, and email address. These are initially used to book learners on to courses and apply for certification once required.
